Research for the primary classroom

14:00 on 23 November 2018–16:30 on 17 January 2019

Research evidence can provide teachers with ‘best bets’ for the most effective approaches to teaching the children in our classrooms. However, accessing and identifying research evidence most appropriate to our classroom context can be a challenge.  Sandringham Research School are really pleased to host a two-part training course on research for the primary classroom.  Led by James de Winter, a researcher based at the University of Cambridge, this two-session course will provide delegates with:

  • An overview of helpful research evidence for the primary classroom
  • An opportunity to examine key pieces of research evidence in detail
  • Opportunities to develop practical strategies to use in the classroom
